01Your Account

Accounts are open to people aged 18 or over
Each person may hold a single account only
Keeping your login details private is your responsibility
Tell us straight away if you notice anything suspicious

02Fixed Numbers

Please note

Fixed numbers are for your use alone and must never be passed on to anyone, whatever the reason.

Treat your fixed numbers as confidential
Passing them to others can get your account suspended
We accept no liability for losses that follow from shared fixed numbers

03Winning Slips

Protecting your account

Showing off winning slips on social media or elsewhere online can lead to your account being banned.

For your own security, keep winning slips to yourself
If you want to celebrate a win, do it on our official community page
Posting slips publicly can attract scammers

04Keeping Your Passkey Safe

A Passkey belongs to you and must not be shared
We will never request your Passkey by email or phone
If your Passkey may have been exposed, report it at once
Recovering a lost Passkey requires proof of identity

05Stake Limits

Never stake more than the stated maximum
The maximum exists to protect you
Trying to get around the limits can lead to suspension

06Community Rules

Not allowed

Links to outside social media are not permitted anywhere on our community platform.

No WhatsApp, Facebook or other social media links
Stay on topic: UK49s only
No spam and no advertising
Treat other members with respect

07General Terms

We may suspend any account that breaks these terms
Our decisions on account status are final
These terms may change without advance notice
Carrying on using the platform means you accept any changes
